- You must have used the service for less than 10 hours of streaming during your subscription period.
- You must not have violated our Terms of Service.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method:
- If you paid by credit card, the refund will be issued to the same card.
- If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be issued to the same PayPal account.
Subscription Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your subscription but are not eligible for a refund, you can do so by logging into your account and completing the cancellation process. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
